How to reach us

Write to support@heartless-precision.com. The mail is read by the founder, who answers it. There is no form, no chat bot and no ticket number to remember: a mail is the whole process.

What to include

• What you asked total and what it answered, as closely as you remember it.
• The date and the time, with your time zone.
• Which accounts you have connected (Google, Microsoft, Telegram), without any password or token: we never need those and will never ask for them.
• Whether you run total yourself or use the hosted product.

Response time

We answer within two working days, United Kingdom time. A problem that stops total from answering at all is looked at first.

The hosted product

The hosted product is not open yet. Today total runs on infrastructure the person controls. If you want to hear when the hosted product opens, write to info@heartless-precision.com.

Your data

Anything about your data, including a request to delete it, goes to privacy@heartless-precision.com; the privacy policy says what we hold and for how long.
