Terms of service
These terms are short because the service is simple. They apply to total as provided by Heartless Precision (Heartless Precision is a trading name of HPS Data Analytics Ltd, registered in England and Wales; Company number: 10378037).
The service
total is a personal voice assistant: it reads your own calendar, mail, messages and files on your behalf and answers your questions, and where you ask it to, it sends a mail or changes an event for you. It is a personal service for you alone; you may not use it to read or act on anyone else's accounts. The hosted product is free while it is in preview; paid plans, when they come, are announced before they apply to you.
Your accounts
You must be an adult, and the accounts you connect must be your own. You connect your own Google, Microsoft and Telegram accounts and give total your own files. You stay responsible for those accounts and for what you ask total to do with them. What total does with your data is in the privacy policy.
What we do not promise
total answers from your data as it finds it and from models that can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it. The service is provided as it is; we give no warranty beyond what the law gives you, and we do not accept liability beyond what the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can stop using total at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We can suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why.
Changes
When these terms change, the version and the date at the top change with them. A change that matters to you is announced before it applies, and the previous version stays available on request.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of the country you live in gives you.
